It will not be renamed for Matthew Shepard since gay people were never included in hate crimes legislation.
It will be named for Shepard and Bush will veto it.
Despite the fact that the right wing leaders of this country would have you believe that there have never been hate crimes laws, there have!
Since 1969 religion, race and creed have been covered. They just don't want us to have the same rights
